Rules and Regulations:
NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and Management and Owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
FOR CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT SERVICES: Visit our office at 3608 Hwy 246. Office hours: 9am to 4pm, Check-In is 2 PM to 4 PM, Monday thru Friday. Hours vary on weekends. KEYS & POOL/TENNIS PASS must be returned to the office or placed in "drop-box" by 11am check-out. There is a $10 lost key charge for unreturned keys.
TAX RATE: A 7% sales tax and 5% city occupancy tax will be added to all rental charges.
CANCELLATIONS: All reservations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in will be charged $50. Cancellations made after 48 hours but before check-in will be charged 20% or more of the total due amount for the reservation.
LONG TERM RENTALS (7 days or more), HOLIDAYS & OCTOBER : A charge of 20% of funds will be made for cancellations. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY: Sky Valley Accommodations will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Sky Valley Accommodations to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.
The prices set on rentals reflect many things including: location, amenities, size, and general condition of the home and furnishings.

BRING CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH YOU ARE CHECK-IN.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on reservations for holidays, special weekends, October rentals and rentals of 7 days or more. Deposit payment must be made by money order or personal check and is due within 10 days of making reservations.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED WITHIN SKY VALLEY
Rental rates range from $100 to $400 per night with a minimum of two nights for Holiday weekends and special times during the year.
Properties, from one to five bedrooms with fireplaces. Our rental properties feature linens, fully equipped kitchens, telephones, TV/VCR/DVD, washer/dryers & fireplaces.
Holiday Weekends and Special Times will have 2 night minimums:
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, October Weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years.
Shopping is available in Dillard & Clayton, GA and in Franklin, & Highlands, NC.
